Names and other personalised wording will be reproduced according to the information you provide. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once production has begun.

We will contact you if we are unable to fulfil your order and arrange an appropriate refund.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). Any applicable delivery charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Delivery

Our products are made to order and dispatched using the delivery services available at checkout.

Unless we agree otherwise, your order will be delivered within 7 working days.

Genuinely personalised products or products made to your individual specifications are generally exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights.

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
